SOUS CHEF
A highly skilled chef are required to enhance the already growing team, supporting the Head Chef with the new exciting menus and events. Experience in 1Rosette kitchen would be an advantage with a Modern British style of cooking. Hours are straight and split shifts working 40 hours a week.
