RECEPTIONIST
A full-time position will be opening to join our young and entergetic team.  Meeting and greeting guests, handling reception duties, room and restaurant reservations and cashiering.  the position will be working straight shifts, 38hours a week including evenings and weekends. Experience within a similar environment would be an advantage. COMMIS CHEF
The opportunity to develop your chefing skills in probably one of the best kitchens in Christchurch!  Basic food hygiene certificate and experience of working in a kitchen is essential.  Must have the passion and enthusiasm to learn and be creative.  Working straight and split shifts  up to 40 hours a week.  Good rates of pay, meals on duty and uniform provided.

SOUS CHEF
A highly skilled chef are required to enhance the already growing team, supporting the Head Chef with the new exciting menus and events.  Experience in 1Rosette kitchen would be an advantage with a Modern British style of cooking. Hours are straight and split shifts working 40 hours a week.
