On Thursday 17 July 2014, Louis Jadot UK will be displaying their wines alongside a specially designed menu.

The evening will be select and informative. The menu has been created by Alex, using his 15 mile philosophy in a Burgundy style.
 
Tickets are £35 per person.

A sharing board of delicious Kings bites. olives, spiced nuts, breads, hummus, cured meat and smoked fish
Wine suggestion: The Flagstone Noon Gun, a full white which goes very well with the raw, cured and smoked flavours

Alex`s twice baked cheese soufflé with a smoked haddock twist
Wine suggestion: The Blackstone Chardonnay works well with the fish in the soufflé

Chicken, steak, sausage & tomato with fat hand cut chips

Wine suggestion: The Houghton 'Bandit' Shiraz-Tempranillo has a little spice and isn't too over the top... it also works well with grilled prawns!
