Room Rates for The Kings

To provide you with the best available price on any given day of the year, we operate a sophisticated price management system, which enables us to guarantee you the best quote for the period of your stay. The following rates provide you with a guideline of our prices – we promise to never quote higher than the top rate illustrated on this tariff and sometimes we quote less, should you book our 3 day advantage rate.

All rates are based on two people sharing a room, inclusive of full English breakfast and VAT at the current rate. Single occupancy rates are available and can be reserved a discount of £12.50 per night would apply from the above rates.

3 Day Advantage Rate

Should you be sure of your date of travelling, we offer a room and breakfast 3 day advantage rate which gives you a further discount, all we ask is that you book your stay 3 days prior to arrival and settle the full amount of your stay. This rate cannot be cancelled charged or amended.

Booking Conditions

Arrival and Departure

Your room will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Please inform reception if late arrival after 10.00 pm is anticipated. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure. Whilst every effort will be made to meet requests for specific room numbers this cannot be guaranteed.

Car Parking

The hotel has limited car parking with a bay for six cars at the front of the hotel and limited spaces available in the hotel car park at the rear of the property (please call in to reception for access). Car parking is available in the town and is operated by the council. Standard parking charges apply.

Full Cooked English Breakfast

Breakfast is included in all our rates, this is available in Jacks Restaurant Monday to Friday 7am - 9:30am and Saturday and Sunday 8am - 10am.

Harbour Spa

All rates include the use of The Harbour Spa at our sister hotel the Christchurch Harbour Hotel, you are able to use this facility from 3.00pm on the day of arrival until 11.00am the day of departure.  Please note that the Swimming Pool is not available on Monday 9am - 10am, Wednesday 7pm - 8pm & Friday 8.30am - 9.30am.  You are welcome to use the Sauna, Steam room and Hydrotherapy Pool, but not the Swimming Pool.  Some of these times overlap the designated children’s swim time in this case, Children’s swim time will be extended by an extra hour. Should you wish to book treatments at the hotel, we do advise this is done prior to arrival.

Single Occupancy 

The hotel has no single rooms, however double / twin rooms are available for sole occupancy a discount of £12.50 will be adjusted to your rate at the time of booking.

Carbon Footprint Rate

We have a special Carbon Footprint Rate available throughout the year for all the guests who travelled to the hotel by public transport. Guests must prove on arrival the method of transport and we will offer a complimentary room upgrade to the next available room type. This upgrade is subject to rooms being available at the time of arrival and cannot be pre booked.

Pets

Unfortunately, we do not permit pets in any of the rooms at the hotel.  But we do at our other property in Devon -  Salcombe Harbour Hotel

Children’s Policy

Children sharing with two adults will be charged for all meals taken within the hotel, a breakfast charge of £12.50 per child will be added to your account at the time of making a reservation.

Dinner Inclusive Rates

Guests who book a dinner inclusive rate are advised there will be no for reduction for meals not taken. We do request that your time for dinner is booked at the time of booking, we will endeavour to meet the requested time, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Advantage Rates

A non refundable amount of the total stay will be taken from the credit card you provide at the time of booking, this cannot be cancelled changed or amended. Bookings on a Saturday night are generally a minimum of a two night stay. These rates are not available from July  through to September. 

Corporate Guests

If you have on-going corporate accommodation requirements in Christchurch and would like to discuss business rates, our Coporate Accounts Manager would be delighted to discuss your needs. There is no need to be in a Hotel in Bournemouth when you can be relaxing in style and economically at the Kings, Christchurch.

If your company has an agreed rates with us, you can book online at your corporate hotel rate but will need an access code. This will allow us to display your company's preferred rate.
