At the point of booking we will require your credit card details. A deposit equivalent to the first nights stay will be charged to this card, on completion of this transaction your confirmation will be sent out to you either by post or email. This deposit is refundable, should you wish to cancel, and provided you have given 48 hours notice. Should cancellation be made less than 48 hours prior to you arrival date, no re-fund will be permitted.
